Yes, SGPNOW.com and our network of professionals inspect and preserve properties in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam.

Our corporate office is located in Valley View, OH, a suburb of Cleveland.

Absolutely, we can handle individual units to entire buildings. Interior inspections and winterizations should be purchased for each individual unit. For example, if you have a property with 4 apartments, 4 winterizations should be ordered.

As soon as a service is completed and internally QC’d we will send over the generated report that will contain photo documentation the work has been done. Service turn-around times are listed in each order type and we'll provide status updates as needed if there are any delays.

At SGPNOW.com we follow the philosophy that Customer Service = Resolution®, and will do whatever we can to make the situation right. If you aren't satisfied with the quality of the inspection or work that was performed, please give us a call and let us know why. We’ll give our contractor the chance to make it right. If you still aren't satisfied, we'll ask a different contractor to do the service, or can issue you a refund.

All of SGPNOW.com’s providers are licensed (as required by the state(s) in which they work), insured, and personally vetted by Safeguard Properties prior to being hired. Each new provider goes through an onboarding process which includes having a Safeguard’s Field Quality Control Team member go out and work with him or her to ensure completed services match the same level of quality Safeguard is known for.

Yes, before being onboarded, all of our providers must pass a criminal background check through a third-party company.

Never. Only the property address will be displayed to your service provider.

SGPNOW.com utilizes the nationwide subcontractor network of Safeguard Properties, Inc., and will know which provider will be completing your service. If you are curious about this information, please give us a call. Depending on the property, you may also be given bids from the provider with his or her contact information to address any visible damages that were found.

Regardless of who is at fault, safety is always our largest concern which is why our entire network of subcontractors are insured in the event of an accident. Please note, that for liability reasons, it is your responsibility to warn SGPNOW.com of any deficiencies on your property prior to our subcontractors visiting.
