Refund Policy
At SGPNOW, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our service-based products, completed services are non-returnable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refunds may be issued if the work is deemed unsatisfactory or incomplete. Please contact us within (72) seventy-two hours of service completion to address concerns.

How to Request A Refund
To request a refund, you can contact us at sgpnow@safeguardproperties.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Trip Charge Policy
To ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, it is essential that we have full access to the property. If our team arrives at a property and is unable to complete the requested services due to insufficient access (e.g., missing lockbox codes, gate codes, or other entry barriers), a $35 trip charge will be applied.

How to Avoid Trip Charges

  • Ensure all access details (lockbox codes, gate codes, or any specific instructions) are provided in advance.
  • Confirm that the property is accessible at the agreed-upon time.
