A qualified SGPNOW vendor will remove water from the property’s plumbing system, using an air compressor to clear the lines. All toilets will be drained and cleaned.
A pressure test will be completed to ensure the system is intact.
Antifreeze is added to sinks, traps, toilet bowls and toilet tanks. Winterization stickers are applied to all plumbing fixtures to notify that the property is winterized.
Photo documentation will be provided to support the work completed.
